Sole custody, not shared parenting increases risk of child abuse

Being a modern child risks child abuse. Given that the definition of abuse has ballooned and the industry that deals in it now resembles a giant on twinkies, we can expect it to appear everywhere. Shut the hell up, we're not interested! usually gets their attention.

Yes, I agree windynights. Its as if a hysteria has taken over the industry and they will not let common sense get in the way.

I sometimes get the feeling that these group want child abuse to be everywhere, somehow to justify their own sense of armageddon. So if they can't increase the numbers, they can simply extend the definition.

Same thing with domestic violence, where even an irational fear of being being abused is now classified as family violence in some Australian states.
