And you bet your ass if a woman did this the most she'd get were a few gawkers or a "shame on you" look if she was ugly enough. I hope he wins his appeal. If my neighbor wants to run outside naked, whatever! Let him. Who fucking cares!

i wonder when the justice system will take the social media aspect to trials. it will be online trial, with possible millions of jurors. trial of ones peers, says the constitution, why in the age of Mass communication, limit it to a select few to decide ones fate?
