Put her in a mental institution. She is a flight risk that will fling accusations willy nilly.

If she's telling the truth, it's actually plausible. One of the possible symptoms of rape trauma syndrome is having flashbacks to the event when provoked by something that is completely unrelated. It's possible that something happened while she was having sex with this guy that completely triggered her.

I hope the defendant gets an apology, too. But don't be too quick to assume that the woman's a lying ass, because psychological damage is serious business. She should be getting help. So no more 'all women are liars' sentiments here, unless we want to discuss in further detail the after-effects of rape on a psyche.
