All female law firm is proud of their sexual discrimination. How is this legal?

Reverse discrimination is always legal and accepted. Only men, and more specifically white men, are capable of discrimination, bigotry, prejudice and hate.

What really pisses me off (besides the obvious blatant discrimination) is what I learned from a diversity chapter in a college business course. The most logical reason for diversifying an office is to bring different viewpoints to the table (and then goes on to tell us just how wonderful female/minority views are, because only white males discriminate apparently). That's great and all, but how do you explain all women firms like this?

This firm represents employers, not employees.

As far as a Title VII suit goes, well, they have made offers to males to work there as lawyers. . .

“Men have worked at the firm as law clerks, but so far none who have been offered jobs there has accepted.”

It would be really satisfying to land a job there, record everything that happens, and then after a year or two very publicly sue their fat asses for sexual harassment and discrimination, and win big.

They wouldn't cheer so much after that.

We have something similar in South Africa. Only it's an insurance company call 1st For Woman.

Now I couldn't really give crap either way, but their advertising is a little insulting. If anyone else is from here and has seen the ads, then you know what I'm talking about.

I could only find one of their ads on YouTube, (it's not a roll, I promise), though it's not the worst by far. In fact it is a little funny, but still...

Now imagine for a second that there was an insurance company that discriminated against women on the basis that 'they're idiots'. How long do you think they'd get away with that.

Like I said, I couldn't really care. It's just that double standards really, really bug me.

Speaking for most men, I wouldn't want to work in an office with all women. Talk about emotion-based bitch-fests all the time, nothing would get done. 9-5 would be one long conversation, something like "The View" all day long.
