male, female, non binary, gender fluid, you name it. you cannot label who has it worse in this world. i’m male. i would say i’m not in the best situation right now (it’s a long story i’d rather not go into here) and i have it worse than lots of women, men, non binary and gender fluids etc. but i also have it better than a lot of them. gender is irrelevant here. a whole group does not share the same issues, there may be common issues but you cannot say for sure. it all comes down to your circumstances. your wealth, your family, where you live, your education, your job. every choice you have ever made comes into the equation here. everybody is completely different. people have completely different circumstances. two people of the same gender will have it completely differently, you cannot label that specific gender as having it better as that is denial of their problems. let’s be honest, everybody has it hard in this world. but if we just accepted what i’m saying, it would be so much easier. statistics are literally irrelevant here. averages are often misleading, and you cannot group a big part of the population under a number. there is no way to measure it. nobody specifically has it better. there isn’t much we can do about that. why do we need to pinpoint who has it the best and worst? why should it matter? why don’t we just help each other anyway? this post is not a denial of your problems. everybody has problems, some more than others. your problems matter, but you cannot assume your whole gender shared the same issues. i hope you all understand what i mean.
