I've started wonering recently if romantic love is real. I do think that romantic feelings exist, but I really question if lasting romantic love exists. My experience tells me that women do not love in a lasting committed way. Perhaps men can /do but women appear much more fickle about the whole prospect.

Related, is "love" a means for women to control men? If a man is freely saying he loves a woman does she take that as license to get more from him?
