There are actual documents showing that the plutocratic entities (various free-market foundations, business forums, corporations...) actually favored feminism back in 1970s as a way to distract from the issues of class and to "sanctify, purify" capitalism, to make capitalism nicer on the surface. Obviously, who prefers dirty rough working class men over poor oppressed women?

This is from your post, you are a trad con who wants old time gender roles to return so you can pander to women.

The problem is not women working. (women were not tricked into.working btw, nice conspiracy.) The problem is women no working enough.

Also if women stay at home with the kids? What about the men? Are they just work horse slaves?

Men pander to women, so do rich powerful men.
