That women are given preferential treatment in job applications, university applications to somehow make up for past injustices, what people never seem to discuss is that the people who are benefitting are NOT the same ones who suffered in the past, in fact, it was probably at least two generations ago.

At work, men are asked to pick up shipping boxes at reception or the mail room, never women.

Legal system in general. Woman could say I raped her, and even through in a 23 year old gay man, they'd believe her, even through I'm pretty much asexual. Never alone gay.

Most of the sexism is under the assumption that women are still oppressed/disadvantaged/marginalised/whatever so society will try to compensate modern women for what happened to women 100 years ago. This line of thinking ignores the fact that we are mostly equal, so all of this diversity hiring, affirmative action, unconscious bias training etc tips the scales in their favour.

Scotland has made sanitary products free for women: https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-scotland-scotland-politics-51629880

Men have a biological need for meaningfully more food than women: https://www.nhs.uk/common-health-questions/food-and-diet/what-should-my-daily-intake-of-calories-be/ . Scottish public welfare benefits still don't reflect that and men don't receive the extra food for free.
