The UK and India are countries in which 3rd wave and 4th wave feminism are absolutely shining without opposition, and both countries have defined rape as a crime that inherently can only be commited by men. Both countries have set the definition of Rape as penetration with the penis without consent.

In the UK, Several petitions were made to change this, but they are always rejected as Feminists actively lobby against it to maintain immunity against being charged with rape.

This, to me, shows that modern feminism has managed to turn the previously false claim of a Rape Culture existing into a truth. Thanks to Feminism, Rape Culture is real, and it is benefitiary to women due to legal protection they actively try to enforce and maintain.
