Argento is a sociopath. She pushed Bourdain to the edge, as they do. She also helped Weinstein gaslight, manipulate, and sabotage people. She flipped when she realised Weinstein was loosing his grip and she needed to play the victim to cover her tracks. The deal with sociopaths like Argento is that she needed to take down Bourdain, an icon, a true original.
