I don't think it impacts the casual sex and early relationship market as much since those are more looks and excitement based than education/status based. However for marriage it will probably be harder for women to find a man who earns as much or more than they do especially if they want him to be equally as hot as the caliber of men they have grown accustomed to having casual sex with.

Women will increasingly see most men as poor dating material because they don't have the degrees that women value, and women with degrees will see themselves as "more valuable" because they have degrees.

We're already seeing this now.
