because they dont want to believe that alpha can be created. it has to be completely inherent or its not as alluring as a fantasy. they are not pragmatics

Because being alpha isn't just about being muscular. It's about holding frame. There are plenty of stories of muscle bound dudes who get turned down because they started begging her to stay or something else.

Another part of the story is that her ego gets in the way, so if she has a muscle bound dude, he'll be getting flirted with constantly by women who want to steal him away. If she gets someone not quite as studly, she feels it is harder for him to leave her.

Your question touches on something very interesting about how women see men.

They DO NOT want to think about their man hitting the gym, learning how to handle women, and taking the red pill in life to become successful and effective over time. Gradual improvement like this is off-putting.

They don't want this kind of man who worked his way up to greatness. Women want to imagine the man was ALWAYS great, just born that way with a dominant muscular frame and tons of resources (for her to use). This makes absolute sense if you think about evolution, because women are out there hunting for the best men to mate with and what they get from the mating is the man's genetics - i.e. the essence of how he was "from birth", not what he worked to improve about his life and what original faults he was able to patch over, over time.

This is a natural and harmless delusion most women have, just let her think you never had to work for anything, it was all your natural male privilege, and you're in good shape. Making your success and effectiveness seem effortless is part of the course with women, you want her thinking you can do this life shit in your sleep with just the left. That demonstrates you're well worth mating with.

I don't think most women realize that men have to workout to get muscles.

Even I thought some men were just naturally muscular and others weren't.

They think the "alpha type" is a naturally occurring phenomena.

Also, they think that if a man makes himself into an alpha but lifting and saying and doing the right things then somehow he's cheating. That he's faking it.

So, telling men to go to the gym would be like telling men to pretend to make more money than they really do.

Mostly because women don't think about what it takes for the guy to be muscular.

Just like they don't think any how sugar daddy makes the money he hands out.

Or how beta Billy manages his schedule to help her move.

Or the effort that goes into anything she expects from others.

It's just not important to them because as a society we don't make it important to them. If they thought about cause and effect their fact that women are becoming less and less happy each decade would have a feminist backlash and heavy focus on returning to traditional roles instead of forcing women to do things that make them unhappy.

Women take, men create.
