[Meta/Idea] In light of recent posts on TRP, should we compile a guide of the best RPW content to be available "offline"?

All too true. As a woman who has been academically successful early on in life, you always get encouraged and told that you're better than everyone else. This is hard in a relationship since I have to always remember to trust my SO instead and not get ahead of myself. I manage to do it all the time, luckily but sometimes the temptation is there!

This has changed my life. It's always good to remember to let your man lead: you picked him. YOU PICKED HIM. It must have been for a reason, you must, deep down, trust his judgement.

While "letting go" is difficult, in time, as you encourage your man, you'll start getting positive surprises. Give him space to lead, in a world that doesn't like giving men like him space to lead. It may actually take some practice, depending on some life experiences that may make him shy away from taking full control. You need to give him the "safe space" (cringe, but stay with me) to practice his leadership without fear. Sometimes it won't be very good, but giving him the space to "fail" when it's ok (like forgetting to make a reservation) will turn him into a better leader for when it matters most. (when what's at stake matters a lot more)

Whenever you want to take control to make X turn out just right, I know that the last thing you want is to drive the message to your man that you don't trust him, or that he is not a good leader.
