USA workplace injury deaths: Men killed 11x more than women in the workplace

This is shameful for the USA. Initiatives in the UK have reduced worker related deaths by over 80 percent since 1981 and America has pretty much the same number of deaths they have since the 70s.

Worker rights in America are a joke and safety is a tertiary priority at best.

I asked this question on google. Look at the first answer I got, NOW that is gynocentric.

What percent of workplace deaths are male? Around 20 percent of all workplace deaths occurring to women (88 of 437) were due to homicide, compared to 7.5 percent of all workplace deaths occurring to men (366 of 4,896) in 2019

Look at the numbers, 88 women vs 366 men were murdered but the answer makes it seem like a WOMEN is more likely to be murdered.

WTF is wrong with these people. Look at this chart.

A few years ago I asked a question online about when is it not a good idea to use percentages. This was the best response (I am paraphrasing).

If a person uses percentages to show a problem, ask yourself this, can I change any of the numbers to make the situation actually WORSE but appear to make it better , then don't use percentages.

He gave an example that applies here.

Percentage of women who are murdered is higher than percentage of men who are murdered (a percentage of the total ways of being or killed for each gender). So there are several solutions to this problem as shown.

a) Lower the number women who are murdered. A good solution (sorta) but more accurately a neutral solution as the number of men who are murdered will stay the same BUT it will 'solve' the problem that is stated (higher percentage of women murdered)

b) Raise the number of men who are murdered to even out the percentages , a terrible solution BUT it would 'solve' the problem as stated

c) Raise the number of women who are injured/killed by other methods other than murder, A terrible 'solution'

d) Lower the number of men who are injured/killed by other methods , a seemingly good solution except that the number of men and women who are murdered stays the same but it does 'solve' the problem as stated.
