First, the best chefs in the world are mostly men, for a large part of men it is a goal to have a good physique but they can not always do it for many reasons and I guess you don't know many men
Second, patriarchy doesn't exists becouse in a patriarchy the men is the only political figure and women don't even has rights but here in the real world is the government with international organizations, and gender roles of course has always existed and they will always exist, but you think that gender roles just have benefits? Men can't cry, they have to work and bring money for the family, they have to be strong to protect the family even if it put on risk his life, they can't hurt women, and there's alimony, among others...
Third, yes, feminism today is blaming men and the society for everything, and here we don't blame women for anything, we talk about how hypocritical feminists can be and how feminism does no good with its gender perspective (for men and women)
Now, of course feminists can do exercise, but I assure you that they are a smaller part because feminism states that men create beauty standards and it is a method of oppression, or why do you think that as feminism grows, bodies with obesity become fashionable? (and they can do whatever they want with their bodies but most men like thin bodies) About cooking, they do, but if you ask them to cook for a man or a group of people where there is at least one man, they probably won't do it really happily

Even with that I do disagree. Of course we should all have some respect for other people, and we should be polite, but being polite and respectful does not always correlate with being pleasant. I should not have to go over my way to be extra nice and extra sweet because I am a woman. Either way pleasant is meant as polite and educated, which should be the case for everyone, or it means especially nice and caring and sweet even toward people that we don’t know, and I would disagree with the second option.

I said that a lot of women that identify with feminism also identify a lot with left-wing political views and left-wing political views are usually against libertarianism.
Feminism by itself is pretty libertarian but feminism is usually associated with many non-libertarian ideologies for the reasons stated above.
That's the distinction I make with libertarian/classic feminism vs modern feminism.
This may be arbitrary but a lot of modern feminists are for mandated vaccinations, mandated mask-wearing and socialism.
