False accusation is a really serious problem. Men will lose their jobs immediately after a false rape accusation. Perhaps he might be able to win a court battle, but his family and career would be gone. One UK congresswoman said English men should stay at home at night by force. This is somewhere in the UK, if the past is any guide the judge will let her walk with a suspended sentence unless a lot of money has been spent, then and only then does she face any time in goal. The UK has budget problems you see.
