My sister who was my only sibling and soon to be born nephew (she was eight and a half months pregnant) died a year ago in a car accident. How do I get over this hump? I lift, have a girlfriend, eat healthy, hang out with my bros, and do fun shit but when I'm by myself I find myself thinking about it and getting upset. I'll be depressed, moody, and be borderline crazy. I do not have a good relationship with my family (they are neglectful and I don't really care for them) so I can't talk to them. I have talked to my girlfriend about it a little but not to much because that's beta. The thing that gets me is that I truly feel alone. My sister was the only one who cared about me and I was looking forward to having my nephew to care for. I know my girl will never truly love me(women can't love), and I don't trust my mom dad or the rest of my family. Has anybody dealt with something similar and how did you get past it . A therapist , depression meds , crying(which I know isn't TheRedPill thing to say but I have done it alone by myself), giving myself time?
