And I haven’t seen her since June of this year since I was last arrested. I was accused of breaking a no contact order by showing up to the mothers house and threatening to kill her.

Fair enough, put me to trial and see if it stands, that’s the way it goes.

What’s so frustrating and makes me cry at night isn’t just that I miss my daughter, it’s that earlier in the same month the mother broke into my residence using our daughter (!) to punch in the code for the house and the RCMP (Canadian police) doesn’t believe me in the slightest. They arrived on scene to find her on the property in her vehicle but no

I didn’t press charges at the time but when she made up this latest story and got me arrested I wanted to pursue those charges. To which I was told to basically pound sand. Actually, the corporal told me on the phone he, “didn’t remember” me telling them about the break in when they arrived on scene. (There’s obviously more to the story but tldr)

I’m at a loss and don’t know what to do. I’ve been ordered to stay away from my daughter because the government thinks I’m a “danger” to this poor girl yet is under the care of a woman who can’t keep a job and used our own daughter to break in.

Thanks for listening
