Last night I was at the club (19M) and saw a lonely girl standing there in the middle of the dance floor. I figured I'd try and make her night and walked up to dance with her. We danced for like 5 minutes and she was vibing. Goal was accomplished (made her feel like a queen).

After two songs she aggressively grabs my wrist and pulls me to the side off of the floor. What she didn't understand is I went to dance with her to have fun and make her night better. Not because I was attracted to her. She immediately leans in for a kiss and I flat out say "I'm not interested, I had a great time dancing with you though, by." She then proceeded to make the situation even more uncomfortable and awkward. SHE GRABS MY WRIST AS I AM WALKING AWAY and says "but why don't you wanna kiss me?!?!." Anyways, she legit tried to argue with me for another two minutes and I ended up telling her I didn't want to kiss her specifically and I explained to her how no human being has an obligation to kiss another human being.

After this, I just thought about how ridiculous it is. This has happened to me before and think it's unbelievable how strong these double standards can be. If this situation was reversed, I'd probably be in a fucking jail cell right now or at least have a black eye from bar security.
