Initially, it may not be easy to deal with the negativity you receive and feel after making the change for the better. You decide to leave the shell you've been in for most of your life, you decide to give less f*cks. But it comes with pushback. Pushback from those who, like you, have been blue-pilled for most of their lives. It comes from those who spend more time chasing validation and little time chasing towards something that actually gives them fulfillment. They are misled by the feminine blue-pill world that surrounds them, and that leaves them angry and deeply frustrated (with themselves more than anything). Their perception of fulfillment is tainted by the feminine narrative. They create reddit accounts, instagram burners, and spend hours condemning and criticizing anything they don't like because it seemingly goes against what they believe in.
We DO NOT get angry at these people. We DO NOT spend time replying to these people on the internet. We simply understand their anger and unhappiness, because we all felt the same way at some point.
When thinking of your ex or any woman that dragged you back and forth through a forest of pain, understand that she is probably in more pain than you'll ever be. Yes, she most definitely is...the only difference is that you've chose to heal and she chose to suppress her pain, which is why you feel worse than she seemingly does at the moment. Her pain is constantly suppressed through her constant chasing of hypergamy and status. Her "living her best life" will lead to her suppressed emotions unraveling all at once at some point in her life. You choosing to deal with your pain will eventually lead you to a better place.
When dealing with online hate or criticism, you must understand that as much as it bothers you, that person is just as bothered, if not even more bothered. They may not express it, but them choosing to sh*t on you and put you down ultimately says that they don't have any bigger goals to look forward to. They would rather spend time scrolling on the internet overreacting to certain little things that bother them. This is their downtime. Understand their frustration because we've all been there.
Here's a link to a video I made for more on this.
Once you learn to become emotionally unavailable (something that I am still working on and mastering), that's when you will become an invincible to the world that's ahead.
