Man she just gave birth 4 months ago and now her periods are back but worse than ever!

She's yelling for nothing and our 4yo son, when I tell her to calm down she tells be her periods are hurting her and she's tired and so on. And that's just when I came home after a 10h shift ( I work in the construction)
