Congrats, I hope it works out for you. Be sure to have a lawyer look over the agreement on the DL (before you sign) just to make sure there's no "gotchas" in there that can hurt you later.

Please have it reviewed by a lawyer before signing. A lawyer that will advocate strongly for you and not be lax. I signed a parenting plan and separation agreement hastily because I just wanted to move on with my life. When it came time to TRULY move on with a new partner, my parenting plan and separation agreement fucked me.

Don't sign anything too quickly please
