during my teen years (12-18) I masterbated a good amount using a pretty strong grip on dry unlubricated skin. I've stopped masterbating completely about 4 weeks ago, but whenever I have sex it's insanely difficult to cum even with lube and no condom.

what can I do? I last too long at times which seems like a blessing at first, but it's no good if I can't cum.
