Dont hit back, anger her, get a visible yet safe injury or two. No amount of sexist bias at court or police can turn you into the aggressor if you were the only one to get hurt. If you want justice you might as well bleed a little to make sure you will get it.

That makes me think: when I was I forgot, must've been 14 or 15? My mother called the police on my gather for harassing and beating her. In reality I was right there and she was the one harassing him and scratched him. The police came and talked to the both of them. The man was very nice- didn't interact with the woman though. I knew that based on what my mother had said, they would have put it in my father's records, if it weren't for me grabbing the officer and talking to him about what really happened, he might not have had a job.

Actually, defending oneself against anyone can result in one's arrest. Even if nobody is trying to press assault charges, if the cops have to show up they're going to at least cite someone for disorderly conduct. If you have to defend yourself, especially against a woman use only the force necessary to get away. Cops will often use their judgment, but often their judgment is wrong. That's when you have to hope that the courts work, and the costs are not insane. Not a good position to be in at all.

In America, defending yourself is legal. Even use of lethal force in self defense is legal. Don't matter if it's a man or woman. Case in point: Kyle Rittenhouse.

Don't confuse getting arrested by a bunch of pigs to actually getting convicted. Pigs may arrest you but the court will set you free. And one can have the satisfaction of having defended himself against a violent woman.

starting to see alot of videos where guys filmed the incident.buy a bodycam or better yet if it happens once leave her and dont take her back.
