The point isn't that there's zero women on the planet willing to date an unattractive man. The key considerations are

The number of physically unattractive men exceeds the number of women who are willing to sleep with unattractive men. That means there will always be a surplus of unattractive men without a partner.
For an unattractive man, the journey to finding that 1 woman who who will date him is a long long road full of rejection and exclusion, which will often leave a man lacking the necessary confidence and social skills to attract a woman.
The small % of women willing to date unattractive men are often already in relationships which reduces the pool of women even further.
The small % of women who are willing to date unattractive men - they also have a preference for good looking and average men before they'd want to date an unattractive man. And guess what, the average men and good looking men are also competing for these women. So just because a guy is technically in with a chance with a given woman, it doesn't mean it's likely she'll choose him as she's got better options.

Whilst everyone has a chance of being successful, not everyone can be successful simultaneously. Just because someone else has achieved something doesn't mean everyone will achieve that even if they try their best. Not everyone can run 100m in 9.58 seconds. If Jeff Bezos goes around telling people - "just become a billionaire bro. I did it so you can too" you'd think he was an idiot.

Also, this idea that men have high standards needs to stop. It's contradicting all the evidence we have. Go put a dating profile up of an obese woman and see how she's flooded with messages from men asking her on dates. And then we're told men are too picky and only want supermodels. It's pure gaslighting.
