"Bae showed up at a recent feminist rally dressed as the Joker from “Batman” comics and toting a toy water gun. He followed female protesters around, pretending to, as he put it, “kill flies.”"

I don't think shooting women protesting discrimination with a water gun and pretending to kill them should be deemed as progress.

Seems more like a regressive step backwards in that it makes the mens rights movement look like unhinged psychopaths.

Dressing up as a murderer from a movie and pretending to kill people with a water gun is not acceptable behaviour.
