Greetings, My name is David, im a 22 years old sociology student, currently in my last year of BA and just starting MA. I work part time in a research center and as a bartender. But back to the point. My girlfriend, whom i've been with since 2013 has some psychological issues, which is coming from a emotionally and physically abusive father (I fixed this when I first heard about it, it was a funny thing, threatening a 6,3 and bulky man as a 5,5 athletic man). This ranges from mood swings to depression and sometimes suicidal thoughts. I spoke with her therapist, and she recommended to try a more strict, scheduled lifestyle. My gf could not do this because of said illness, so I stepped in. Fast forward to present day. I used my dominance to basically create and maintain a schedule to live by, involving excersice, arts, etc. (and caveman style sex). Now my gf is free from her symptoms, she lost weight, attends her classes, and better grades too. Sometimes, dominance (which is labelled as negative sounding word coming from a man nowadays) can help the relationship so much... be a Man, both of you will benefit from it.
