Should cold approaching / mingling be further criminalized, or is there perhaps a way for guys to appropriately and politely approach, befriend and romance girls they fancy? Because let's face it, guys really do wish to meet up and have a partner who they have plenty in common with, and those things they have in common with can be found in places where they work or study the same things with women.
