Does anybody know what Mark thinks of hypergamy? I've read many articles on his blog but none of his books. According to Tom Ramsay on Quora, he sort of does believe in hypergamy.

"If you read between the lines, Mark agrees with the concept of 'hypergamy' as used by RP, but disagrees that it's got anything to do with wealth, status or even looks, he believes it's basically to do with demonstrating high status behaviour, i.e. confidence (defined by lack of neediness, as described below) and 'masculinity'."
