Thats what i was trying to fathom, he sold the last 70% of his second business 2 years after the final settlement of the divorce.

How is he supposed to disclose the value of the dealings 2 years before the deal.

This will set a very bad presidence for future divorses. If the ex can sue for more money years after the settlement just because the other ex becomes richer from future dealings

EDIT: might see a lot more divorce prenuptial's which states any future fortunes gained after divorce are not subject to future legal actions
