It’s a bad idea based on even worse reasoning. The point of juries is to safeguard against the bias a single person may have, which is precisely why feminists want to deny accused men a jury trial. They don’t want accused men to have due process, they want more bias so they can have more convictions. For feminists it’s not about actual guilt or innocence. If a man is accused, they want him to pay, regardless of the facts.

The goal of the courts should be having unbiased trials that observe due process so justice is served. Purposely getting rid of a due rights process with the goal of convicting more people (men) isn’t justice, it’s a kangaroo court.

Men are actually vulnerable to the ploys of women who will use their sexual power to obtain economic and organisational advancement. It's not as though they make a secret of it, they've written manuals advising females how to use their sex to advantage in the workplace. In 'Seducing the Boys' Club', Nina DiSesa describes how women can influence their male colleagues through 'S&M' - that's seduction and manipulation. But, where does the line get drawn? Alec Salmond, former leader of the Scottish National Party is fortunate not to be languishing in jail at this very moment. He faced fourteen charges - two counts of attempted rape, nine of sexual assault, two of indecent assault, and one of breach of the peace. Fortunately for Mr Salmond, he was tried by jury, and was cleared on all counts. It's a bit difficult for a plaintiff to insist that she's been a rape victim when inconvenient facts come to light. A text from a rape accuser to a female SNP MP read: 'It would be great to work with him again.' Sent in June 2015, this was one year after the putative rape which had not yet been reported to the police.... but before Mr Salmond turned down her pet political project, leaving her "annoyed". It doesn't do to annoy women you've been flirting with at work. When they discover that the 'S&M' technique hasn't borne the expected fruit, or delivered the expected outcome, this could lead to the loss of your liberty. Basically, you haven't paid the prostitute, and she feels entitled to call 'Rape!' Worryingly, it has become a particular source of annoyance to feminists that the accusation of rape doesn't lead ipso facto to a conviction, and they have been busying themselves preparing strategies around the problem.
