If Men Only Care About Virginity Because Of Social Conditioning?

Then why do 99 percent of cultures and 100 percent of mainstream cultures (aka countries in the world) value low n count over high n count (in women)?

What happened to societies where the men didn't care about how many men the women in society slept with go to? Why were they out competed and ultimately eliminated? Were they cucked and died off?

Why does there seem to be a reward for getting a low n count woman vs death for getting a high n count woman?

Unless of course it was evolutionary and thus only a few of these societies would have existed in the first place?
