As for how it relates to sexual strategy, you could sum it up as such:

Women are confused, bored and ill at ease. They want to tie themselves to someone of value, someone with power to give them certainty. But, they also want to feel comfortable, connected and accepted.

Thus, charisma is having power but also being warm and present with others. It's a balance, but as a man it's better to err on the side of too much power and not enough warmth. Think alpha: high testosterone and low cortisol.

The remainder of the book delves into particular obstacles for reaching this point and isn't very useful, IMO.

It's applicable, but don't read it thinking everything is useful. Cross reference the ideas to the TRP literature and apply like so.

Its a short and decent read. I learned a thing or two from it. Mostly mirroring the body language chapter.

Good book for people who aren't charismatic. Apply alongside with TRP values
