We woke up quite early and headed out to get some things for the two big cats that we will finally be able to adopt from the rescue. SO always dreamt about having cats again after his childhood companion died in 2018 at a very very old age. I did not want to spend more then a months wage on a cat tree so we are building one ourselves. (Way cheaper and way less intrusive on our home) We came back from the hardware store and I made dinner. Nothing fancy just noodles with fish and Ricola and a chocolate cake. (The later was originally for my girls day in the next day) then we watched a movie had couple time and suddenly my brother called. He wanted to come and help SO build the cat tree. So we did. The Rescue called and we set up a zoom tour. The fence in our yard is not high enough and some plants might not be smart to have but we are absolutely eligible to fetch our cats on Friday!
