Lets say you're friends with someone, and they take 12 plus hours to respond constantly, would you consider them a bad friend?

I complained about this, and someone said that people don't owe you their time, which is true. But I mean you could say someone could not talk to you at all anymore, they're not obligated to, but I'd still consider them a bad friend.

However, for people that text back slowly, I don't know what my opinion is of that anymore.

They argued that people have different social interaction limits, but 12 hrs constantly? Then someone's they'll make time to talk to you, what do you think?
