I just got out of a long term relationship with a man who said he wasn’t red pill but also would regularly cite redpill content in arguments and would always talk about the importance of the red pill.

The ideologies brought up were always used in a way where he would try to tell me what my nature is and tell me what I’m actually thinking. Yes, thats right, he argued that I didnt even know my own thoughts and that what I thought my thoughts were is wrong. ANYWAY

Being out of the relationship has given me so much perspective and shown me that I was in an abusive relationship. Ive been trying to process the whole thing and I found that this book has helped so much with validating my thoughts and experiences and explaining why I was treated how I was. The book is called Why Does He Do That? Written by Lundy Bancroft.

If you are exredpill or trying to become a better person and have healthier relationships, or if a partner had ever called you abusive, I challenge you to read this book and take it seriously. It explains why men think and act in angry and controlling ways and I think could provide valuable perspective of how that affects the other person in the relationship. Definitely worth the read
