I have recently started dating a man who holds solid traditional values. We are definitely exclusive, but we don't have an official title on our relationship as of yet.
We started dating about a year ago and then stopped for some time because I needed to straighten out my mindset (I do not come from a red pill background and have had a tumultuous dating history). He has graciously welcomed me back into his life to give it another go, and I gladly accepted.
He talks about having a serious relationship with me when the time is right, meaning when he is less stressed about his degree and work. But I know the reality is that he is concerned I am a flight risk. I've been working on myself and continue to do so, and I'm excited to earn his trust and prove my commitment - as he has already done for me.
However, I know it might all fall apart. Either the past might sow doubts, or we might go separate ways amicably. Again, we are 100% exclusive, but he isn't fully dedicated to making it official yet. How long should it take if everything continues to go well? At what point might I realize it's not working? And as for my title-- how do I conduct myself appropriately in this situation, without getting too attached if this isn't going to pan out?
