He's an oligarch. Not America's only one by far. Even though his money came from plundered mines in South Africa. He has exceedingly become ridiculously wealthy on the backs of normal people. You can't earn a billion dollars, you have to steal it. Not trying to start any trouble I just think a person like that could undo more good than not.
