This is the same premise behind female sports: create a handicap league that excludes men, who would otherwise provide fierce competition, and in many cases take all the top spots. Excluding men allows women to be "equal" in outcome.

This is why transgenders invading female sports and breaking all the records is hilarious. It just wrecks the fragile ideology of "I can do everything you can do with heels on".
