I don't agree with biological disposability.

I believe that in the past women cleaved to a single protector: if they were going to be forced to have sex, it was better with one man when he wanted (or she could convince him otherwise) than any man whenever they had an opportunity, plus she was provided with resources. From the mans perspective, he would protect his "property" (ie access to sex) from other men, whatever it took (which sometimes resulted in him sacrificing his life). In nature, dominant stags protecting their harem don't always survive protecting their "ownership" of females against stronger rivals or simply luck of the circumstance.

Women were still considered chattels until relatively recently, but men are still protecting their "property" as they always have, except now they no longer have access to sex when they want but only sex when she wants.

Even provisions to force sex in conjugal rights existed until recently and recognised the importance of sex to men in the relationship.

Women now completely control the narrative, but "dumb" men are still protecting women with their lives in the hopes of still getting sex.

Perhaps protecting access to sex is biologically programmed: it certainly tallies with nature. The problem today is that protecting access to sex no longer necessarily provides sex, but the continued blind protection of women as property and access to sex remains. This could be construed as a form of disposability, like a tissue being used for its utility and then discarded, without the tissue getting anything out of it.

I think what used to be a symbiotic relationship between men and women has now become a largely parasitic one and disposability may simply be the natural outcome of men protecting women for access to sex, whilst women have moved on in granting access to sex, so men are just left with the fundamental protection programming.

I don't think the solution is to force women to have sex that men want, but as civilisation develops ethics and gives women choice over sex, then men need greater choice in sexual fulfilment than simply being unethically held hostage to the desires of women. Men need to move on in ethics for themselves too.

Biology is fundamental, it sets the foundations but it doesn't completely dictate what gets built on them: that is up to civilised development to determine.

On the other hand, nature provides millions of sperm that are largely disposable in order to select the very strongest to fertilise a single egg and nature tends to re-use concepts at different levels, so perhaps male disposability is biologically programmed.

However, just as civilisation has developed beyond the confines of nature in some respects, so I believe biological male disposability is something that can be changed for the benefit of men in a similar way to the development of contraceptives and safe terminations has freed women from the curse of unwanted pregnancy that biologically always hung over their head previously.

I think the goal is always to progress towards a win-win outcome.

Looking back at tribal times, I can understand why gynocentrism came to be. Pregnancy and giving birth was a limited and dangerous resource requiring a lot of support.

Men and women are different. Women give birth, men don’t. Men have always been stronger, seen as protectors and providers. It’s quite a leap and change however to equate this with idea of male disposability and misandry that we see today. It’s one thing for men to step up in defense when needed, it’s quite another for them to be considered fodder, disposable and unimportant.

Gynocentrism may have been around since the beginnings of human evolution, but feminism has fundamentally changed the nature of gynocentrism to be anti-male and put women up on pedestals.
