Laughing these things off is not helping. The message should be and always should have been: this isn't funny and it isn't acceptable, it's "joking" about what is military slavery of men and transwomen.

As the nothowgirlswork, blatantmisogyny, trollxchrosomomes and boysarequirkysubs show, it doesn't matter if you phrase attention to double standards in terms of gallows' humor, feminists will still object and accuse you of wanting to hurt women. So might as well stop joking about and downplaying about this. Males aren't making jokes like this online under their real names and pictures, because any male that has made similar such "jokes" about women with the roles reversed has been banned a long time ago.

And the same should happen to people that "joke" about how they are exempt from military slavery because they are women. They don't deserve a platform where they further contribute to normalizing this.

In case you were wondering, this is an example of "Schrödinger's Joke". When women say bullshit, at the moment they say it, its both a joke and not a joke. It remains in this quantum state of existence until the chosen audience responds. If the audience responds poorly then, "Oh it was just a joke". If the audience responds favorably then it was just a statement that she made. In this way a woman hopes to stack the situation as to not be held accountable for talking shit.
