Divorce is largely driven by women. In modern society divorce has been massively incentive-ized for women.

Also, looking at the divorce stats for countries that have same sex marriages you see an interesting stat emerge.

Same sex female couples get divorced at roughly twice the rate as same sex male couples. This again pushes the theory that women have no concept of long term loyalty

Divorce rates will also be driven by the fact that so man are beta pussies, and have no idea how to maintain a relationship because they have been spoon fed feminist bullshit all their lives.

Feminism has neutered fathers and husbands and given all their power to the state. Now women have multiple options: pop out bastard kids and leech off welfare; marry a dude, divorce him and steal his money using state coercion; and/or pursue a career and make her own big bucks (and bitch about sexism if the bucks aren't sufficiently big). Compare this to the past where women had zero incentive to divorce a man unless he was abusive, a bum, a drunkard or unfaithful. Women wanted to have their cake and eat it too, and that's what's happened. Unfortunately they're not any happier than their grandmothers were, and society is rapidly collapsing around us due to their destructive ideology.

Not just feminism although it is playing a major role. It is also the sexual revolution which started just before feminism did. Contraception greatly changed the number of partners and the number of times people were having sex. This not only made it ok to fuck more people, but to jump ship too. Women were encouraged to divorce if they were being tortured. While overall it was good because many women did actually face bad conditions and torture, it later became more okay to divorce and the stigma attached to it was reducing. This made it easier to divorce and jump ship for both sexes.
