I have been listening to a lot of feminists recently talking about the gap between how much males and females get paid. claiming that females get paid 68-78 precent of what the average male gets paid for the same jobs. I have done my research and came to this conclusion...

according to multiple studies done throughout the years, the wage gap is a lie. im not saying that ALL workplaces in the world pay women the same amount. But what I am saying is that the wage gap is very close to non existant.

according to a study done in 2015, men are more likely to retire at a later age, take off less work days, are more likely to ask for a raise, and are more likely to work extra hours.

so thats why men get paid more... men on average work more!!!

thank you for listening to my TED talk
