Right now just tell him to lift, talk to girls and use a condom. Once he gets a girlfriend then you start explaining women's behavior since he'll be experiencing it at this point.

Encourage him to participate in all manner of sports and physical activities . Also encourage academic success . Have him practice conversation with strangers of all ages . Tell him to hang with the cool kids , but to not let their bad habits rub off on him. Being around the rough kids will make a kid tougher. Teach him to not let others push him around , how to engage in the “shit talking “ and word games kids play (it’s basically practicing frame control)

Tell him what other people think doesn’t really matter, and that he should feel confident to do exactly what he wishes to do

Don’t introduce him to anything. If he has a problem and brings it to you set the example but don’t try and push kids into this stuff. They will find it on their own. Most of all just be there and so he can watch you interact with people. This is most important IMO
