Does anyone know how often a NY judge will require additional child support over the current Income Cap of $163k? I make $182k and my ex $113k (total $295k), so together we make well over that cap. I just want to get an idea of what I could be looking at having to pay above the calculation on the $163k cap and how often a judge will look at income over the cap.
