So this week NCIS and navy contacts my command.

Guess she's not happy that I filled the misconduct report, and grievance report with the secret service and the Navy over her boyfriend that she started fucking prior to filing or telling me she wanted a divorce.

Her response to the command, NCIS and the Navy was I am harassing and threatening her and her boyfriend. And she wanted a military protective order against me to keep me from talking to her and the kids.

My command asked if they needed to. Turn my phone over to them should the every conversation text message phone call recorded as well as video evidence she is now lost all credibility with her claims. These guys have my back thank god.

She's told me in person that she's blocked my number, and now my daughter who has Facebook Messenger I'm no longer able to contact because I'm blocked. Her phone has also been turned off.

And if you read the court document that I was served with you cannot cut a parent off from visitation or contact whether in writing video phone call if the other parent is not living there.

So like I said in the previous post how she was continuously digging a hole and I think she got the backhoe and decided to make it even deeper.

Fwded the screenshots of me not being able to call my daughter with the text and messenger being blocked to my lawyer and I guess we're going to file an injunction against her so that I can get custody.

To be clear I am now only emailing her, phone calls started breaking down about a week ago so I would only talk to my daughter. And when I would try to talk to her the phone would teleport to her hands and she would try to talk to me about the divorce and how this isn't what she wants anymore. And how I would agree to get this done now. she gets really been out of shape because I told her that I want the judge to figure it out because clearly we're not going to be capable of figuring this out and I only want what's in the best interest of my daughter.

She wants to move out of state, where it would make it very hard to see my girl. Maybe once a year or two. Because she can't afford a place here, and I'm trapping her in this state. Last I checked that's not my problem. One min wage job is the same nor is living with a friend the correct solution to housing.

The latest thing I found out is that she has multiple things in delinquent status that are in collections etc, so the reality is if she wants her car and the camper to live in she's not going to be able to afford to get financing for these items so I'm still going to have to pay for it so if you've got any experience with that I would love to hear what my options are and it may justify a different post.
