What good is having a law that hides female rapists (by only counting rapists with penises) if your going to count men who identify as women as female rapists?

We know that government tries to hide the exostence of female rapists by defining rape as forced penetration or requiring penetration with a penis. There seems to be people who'd like to keep it like that. IMO it would be better if they recognized forced ebvelopment as rape. I'm not really sire how I feel about this. I suspect people will be confused and might "unintentionally" raise awareness of the existence of female rapists.
