The species has no interest in a bunch of beta males running around. Society on the other hand, benefits from a bunch of compliant and obedient beta males running around and propelling specialty forward in hopes that it will make them valuable enough in the eyes of women to be allowed to procreate.

But fret not. You can become an alpha in your own right by being more decisive and take charge type of guy. It's a muscle you need to exercise but you can do it. Just don't ask women for advice and reveal yourself for the beta you are.
