You can't think for your friends. Here are some options you could think about Either 1. Find some new friends 2. Accept your friends may never change and continue hanging out with them.

You can't spoon feed your friends despite how badly you want to, it's a tricky situation but your friends may end up holding you back.

Beyond that, no need to discuss it with any who aren't living it.
