Foster, who was being held without bond Tuesday, waived her Miranda rights and told cops she was trying to get away from Dawson at the time. Her preliminary hearing has been set for May 6, the Baltimore Sun reported.

She may see some jail time.

I don't know the full story but based on the article, I don't see why this is on here.

The guy propositioned her.

She ran away with another guy in his car.

The first guy CHASED after them with his car. (Incredibly dangerous)

When he caught up with them, he started physically fighting with the second guy.

She then went into the first guy's car and used it as a weapon against him.

The best facts we have available today say that she used the least lethal means available to her to disengage from a situation that was dangerous for her. This has nothing to do with Men's Rights.
